Advent Day of Reflection—Prepare the Way of the Lord

Join the Franciscan Sisters of Little Falls for an Advent Day of Reflection Saturday, November 30, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., 116 8th Ave SE, Little Falls, MN.

Prepare your heart and spirit for the coming birth of Jesus in this day of reflection. Father Michael Van Sloun will guide us through the history of this sacred season, its spiritual message, and the gift of hope it provides us. We hope you’ll come away with insight into customs and traditions, a deeper understanding of its historical context, and a spirit of joy as we begin the season of Advent.

Father Mike holds a master’s in divinity from Catholic Theological Union with a specialization in sacred scripture, served parishes in Minnesota and Chicago, and was chaplain for the Minnesota Vikings before his retirement.
